Education Abroad

Here is an overview of some of your options for studying Spanish abroad through UK:

The Education Abroad Advising Center (315 Bradley Hall) is a great place to start your search:

Advising Center - 315 Bradley Hall

Also be sure to visit our Major Advising Page to see programs that are recommended by the department.

Earning course credit while abroad
UK Credit is also available for courses taken at recognized universities of Spain and Latin America. To receive credit, please consult with the Director of Undergraduate Studies before taking courses abroad.  Before departing for your study abroad experience you need to meet with the DUS of the Hispanic Studies department. At that meeting you should bring the Academic Approval Form, a list course(s) you intend to take, including a course number, the number of credit hours and a brief description of the course.
